Project: DiVA

The DiVA Project is a high-quality, high-speed MPEG2 decoder for MacOS X, developed specifically for 3ivx by Denis. I did a prototype web design for him, and logo artwork, neither of which were actually used.

The film reel was done in Cinema 4D XL R8 on an AMD Athlon 1.4GHz running Windows XP Pro, with some help from Adobe Photoshop 6.0 for the textures.

The HTML coding was done using Quanta on the same PC running Gentoo Linux, while the tab images were done in Photoshop 7 on a 400MHz PowerMac G4 running MacOS X 10.2.

Time spent doing this project: about one afternoon.
